The clan has finally decided to move out to the 'burbs and leave city life behind, so we're selling our gorgeous co-op apartment

We used to be neighbors - too funny! We were on Bennett Avenue and 187th street - sold last year and we're now in Lynbrook.
We had a long road with our sale and it took us a while to find a buyer - the market really affected our sale. You might have better luck going wtih a realtor but I'm sure you'd rather avoid the cost of doing that...
