NYC Book Club
Is anyone interested in a NYC book club. Unfortunately, I can't get to the meetings of the LI club and I was really excited to meet all the lovely ladies, but I just can't get to LI.

I would love to do it , but I think it depends what kind of books we would be reading..as dumb as it sounds I only read like chick lit books LOL

I'd do it-- if NYC means Manhattan or if you guys want to come to Hoboken too if I ever host-- it;s a short train ride-- SWEAR!!
My book club disbanded and would love to be part of a new one..

I wouldn't mind coming to Hoboken for when it's your turn to host. It's not as difficult for me as LI since I am alrady in the city

Michi, that doesn't sound dumb. We would probably do like Kara did...let each member choose their book. If you choose a chick lit, then that's perfectly fine with me. I tend to enjoy fiction novels, Oprah Book Club type books. Basically emotionally draining stories, LOL. But, you never know, you may find a book that you really enjoy that you wouldn't typically pick up on your own.
