nyc teachers
this is my 6th year teaching and when i first started i had to get the nyc lisence. it expired in august and i never got my new perm. one. I have my perm state certi and not sure if they even still use the city lisence. does anyone know about this or who i can get in touch with??? TIA

If you have your permanent state certification, don't worry about the city. The state supersedes everything. I don't think I ever even got a copy of my city license.

nope, it doesn't matter. I called last year when I thought i was going to get bumped out of Kindergarten b/c i wasn't teaching under my Early ed. license they told me they no longer existed.
