NYC Teachers and Danielson
Anyone else in a pilot program where a team of people, principal, assistant principal, people from the network, are coming in 6 times a year to low inference observe you? They are then putting the results on Aris. Any other schools doing this?
This is in addition to formal observations.

Re: NYC Teachers and Danielson
I have a question for the both of you....what, if any, form is being used for the evaluation? I would love to see whatever the tool is beyond just the framework rubrics. Would anyone share this with me?

mine is...i haven't been observed yet but i have several coworkers who have...they use the domain rubrics and an observation checklist that i guess the administration or network made up...to evaluate questioning they refer to danielson questioning

For my first observation this year, my AP focused on questioning. All of my feedback, positive and negative was about questioning.
