NYC Teachers: DOE E-MAil Question
My e-mail is saying I am an invalid user. I really want to check it because I want to see if my AP sent out the schedule for the first two days. Anyone know the number I can call to fix such things??

Sometimes you can't change your password so easily so call the help desk. They will do it 1,2, 3.

The Help Desk is about the ONLY call I have ever made to the DOE that did not end in me doing this: 
Though once I had to give my password to the tech, which was my goofy silly nickname for DH. I was a bit
