NYS Disability
Does anyone know who I contact for this? After I deliver I will be a SAHM and working from home but, want to see if I can get something to help out. TIA

You should be able to go on their website and check it out or else whoever does your insurance at the job you do now - general liability etc...should be able to help you out too.
I think the max it goes up to is $175 or something like that.

Your human resources department or payroll company should give you the paperwork that needs to be filled out once you are out. You need to fill out part of it and so does your medical provider. Then it gets mailed to the state. This is how it worked for me, I don't know if other company's handle it differently.

Hr dept is who u contact. I believe highest for NYS is 170.
