I am a garden city NYSC girl, but I do go to Long Beach sometimes. It is a busy gym with lots of classes.

I used to be a memeber and I liked it, I mostly did the classes, step, kickboxing and loved them!
Sometimes parking was tough but it wasnt too bad!
