O twinges and cramps

Do those generally come before you O or while you are O-ing? Anyone know? I've never paid much attention to when I O'd and over the last few months, I have become somewhat aware of them.

Can happen before, during or after :) The woman's body is so annoying. Every symptom multiple meanings lol

For me, I tend to get a pretty intense cramping the day I ovulate. Some people, feel the pain right before, and some after from the fluid that's released.
