obgyn reco
Hey there ladies. I'm looking for a rec for an obgyn in suffolk who delivers at stonybrook. Must be a small practice. I'm so tired of getting lost in the system of these huge practices. I keep diagnosing and prescribing my own treatment. Bonus points for fertility impairment experience bc 16 months after a ruptured ectopic and salpingectomy, I'm coming to terms with the possibility that I may need some extra baby making help. Thank in advance! Lauren.

Re: obgyn reco
Hi and Welcome!!
I don't have a rec for you, but I wanted to bump this back up anyway.
My ob delivers at SB, but I don't think it qualifies as a small practice, and I know nothing about their fertility experience. I haven't even had my first appt yet.
Hopefully someone will be able to give you some names (or already has).

Re: obgyn reco
My sister is an OBGYN and has offices in Smithtown and Hauppauge. Her name is Dr. Jodi Turano. She delivers at Stony Brook and St. Catherines. I have friends who go to her and love her...IShe is an awesome doctor.

Re: obgyn reco
I love my doctor. He is a single practicioner. He is in Patchogue/ Holbrook line, and delivers at Stony Brook. I don't know about specialities, as I didn't start seeing him till after my BFP. Dr. David Reavis
