Did anyone see him go back to his childhood home?

I was blown away on how you can't judge a book by its cover.

The interior looked so great. Gave me hope to search for an inexpensive ranch and turn it into exactly what I want.

I was thinking the same thing. The inside was beautiful. The ourside was bad but didn't really match the inside. They put all the money on redoing the interior. My the exterior is their next project.

didn't see the show, but i definitely agree about ranches.... our first house AND our house now were/are both ranches. they really have so much potential! you can get one for cheap, because everybody wants the traditional colonial... and with the money you save, you can add on a second floor and make it what you want its also usually easy to expand outward, too.. add onto a kitchen, or living room or whatever.

I thought the same exact thing. I couldn't believe how great it looked when they went inside, because from the outside it really just looked like a run down older home. I would love that kitchen!

all they need is a short visit from the people of Curb Appeal...they would be set.

I haven't seen the show, but we just bought a ranch knowing in time we'll expand either outward or build on a 2nd floor.
