Yeah thats what my principal said but I just seem to not care and that worries me...Usually I am a wreck about them

Yeah thats what my principal said but I just seem to not care and that worries me...Usually I am a wreck about them
I tihnk it's probably two things...
1. deep down, you probably dont' care... not that you don't care about teaching or about your kids, but i know you want out of the city and out of that school, so it's easy to feel less invested.
2. Also, i feel that as time goes on, it's not that i don't care, but really, observations are not the end of the world. it's what we do everyday anyway, so there's no reason to get crazy about it. i used to give my self anxiety attacks over them and for whaT? i always got a good review and everything went fine. now, i just do what i do all the time and it just works.
