office/nursery color
I am totally thinking ahead here, but we never painted our office when we moved in. So now I want to paint it, but i know within the next couple of years it will probably end up a nursery. So I am thinking that I will paint it a neutral color that could work for both. Any suggestions?

Re: office/nursery color
We did the same thing when we moved into our house. The office was going to be the nursery.
I painted it a really creamy light yellow, forgot the name, but it's Benjamin Moore.
Now that room is my daughter's room, it's still the same color and looks so nice with her bedding.

Re: office/nursery color
WE have a 4 bedroom... master, one designated office and two extra bedrooms. When we moved in we painted the two extra bedrooms a light yellow and a light green as we were TTC.
The twins are in the green room as it is bigger. I added a border and some shelves and wah-lah... nursery.
You have the right idea to plan ahead.

Re: office/nursery color
I would do a light yellow or green. Our nursery is Yellow Freeze by BM and our guest room is BM Prescott Green.

Re: office/nursery color
I think it's a great idea to plan ahead.
We painted our guest br BM Cement Gray - it's a light grey with purple/blue undertones. I love the color and think it's perfect for a nursery (when the time comes)...but I'm not into the traditional nursery look anyway.
I would pick a soft, neutral color.

I was thinking along these lines as well. I think that I tried a sample of this color on the wall and for some reason it looked really purple on the wall.
ETA: NM...I tried wet Concrete, not cement gray.

Re: office/nursery color
It looks lavender in some light...in other light it looks like a true grey.
