Official 100 pushup/200 sit up/200 squat (JUST ADDED!!!) thread
I know we are all starting next week - but I'll start the thread now - Monday will officially kick off week 1....

I just finished the push ups. I am doing the push ups and after I finish them I will do the sit ups. My abs were so sore after the push up test I am afraid to do them at the same time Maybe I am just that out of shape .
I did Day 1 Level 6-10 push ups and was only able to do 7 in set 5 (it said at least 5).
I am excited about this. I have a pretty weak upper body. I hope this helps

PUSHUPS: W1, D1 : i did well, cant wait to see how many i can do at the end of week 6...100 maybe...LOL
i was able to do it, not easy, but not too hard. hubby was watching and said i had perfect form throughout. i am certain i will feel sore tomorrow.

I'm sick, so my initial test wasn't the best indicator, but I'll start there to give myself a break....
Push ups:
Day 1 Rank 1 ( 5 in my initial test)
Set 1: 2 Set2: 3 Set 3: 2 Set 4: 2 Set 5: Max - minimum 3 - I did 5
Sit Ups Day 1 Rank 2 (up to 20 in my initial test)
Set 1: 9 Set2: 9 Set 3: 6 Set 4: 6 Set 5: Max - minimum 8 - I did 10
Squats Day 1 Rank 3 (up to 25 in my initial test)
Set 1: 13 Set2: 16 Set 3: 9 Set 4: 9 Set 5: Max - minimum 13 - I did 13
Nice easy start!

I am just going to do the push-ups. Not sure f the situps would be a good idea so son after a c-section.

Hey guys - start whenever - do the intial tests for whatever ones you want to do - read the directions on the website, and then start in whatever category you fit - it's really easy!

I started today! I'm only doing the sit ups. I'm using the iphone app when I do it, and it's great! It times the rest period for you.
Sit Ups Week 1 Day 1 Level 3 (25 in my initial test)
Set 1: 15 Set 2: 18 Set 3: 10 Set 4: 10 Set 5: Max - minimum 14 - I did 20

Had to do mine now instead of in the morning because I will be away for the weekend. So I am a few hours early but otherwise it wouldn't get done.
Push ups:
