Here's ours, also a scanned grainy copy, but they came out so bright & clear in person.

This is what I've always done. There are a few different ways you can do it. I have a Mac if that makes any difference to anyone....
I go to tinypic.com...choose my image that I want to upload (I usually have it sitting and ready on my desktop)...open the pull-down bar and change the file size to "message board"...then I copy the code that has the [ I M G ] bars around it. Paste that code into LIF. Done and done!
It may read as complicated, but I promise you, it's incredibly easy. The whole process takes me maybe 45 seconds. You don't even have to sign into the tinypic website in order to use this feature.
