officially joining you
I'm a little hesitant to post this but here goes. I am officially joining the pregnancy board. Tomorrow I will be 5 weeks. I had a beta on monday of 2048 and another one today of 5127. I have my first sono 2 weeks from friday. I hope it's not too early to post this, but what the heck. Just wanted to introduce myself. I think my due date is the end of October, so hopefully I'll get some other October mommies to chat with.

Congrats! And Welcome. I saw you over on the infertility board. I am 6 weeks today. I went to LI IVF too! But I hate that they make us wait so long for the sono!!! I had my betas on the 15th and 18th and I have to wait until March 5th!

Congratulations to you! my beta is on March 14th. it is a little far away, but I don't know any different, just thought that is how everyone does it.

they do that so you mommies won't worry - you most likely won't see anything before six weeks (sometimes not even a sac) so that's why they make you wait. it's agonizing but it will be here before you know it!!!

Congrats! It may feel like forever until that first sono but hopefully you will get to see a heartbeat. It literally took my breath away! Dr. Brenner was so kind, especially after the second sono when he released me.
