Do not. I eat my real lunch early and then fruit for the rest of the day, then arrive home violently ravenous. 
Btw, you are not bad...you are allowed a pass every once in a while.

i've been there too! sometimes i wake up craving lunch and have 2 lunches, and some days i do the early lunch, and fruit thing for the rest of the day. then by nite i am desperate for all the junk food! lol!

They have started to call me a Hobbit at work - with breakfast #1 and breakfast #2, etc. Whatever! I LOVE IT AND NEED IT SOMETIMES!!!!

I had 2 cupcakes. Chocolate with cream cheese frosting. I made them for a co-worker and then ended up eating 2 of them myself.

I just spent 3 1/2 hrs. on the road trying to get from my crappy job in Flushing to my home in Stony Brook. As you know.........that's a waaaaaaaaaaaay long time for a pregnant chick to be without food and a bathroom. Needless to say I am now home and feasting on pizza and garlic knots. So, so naughty..........SO, SO good!!!!!
