OH GOD! the swellign has kicked in high gear
At 30 weeks its happening. my feet, hands and even my eyes in the morning! what are the remidies?

I am right there with you, kick your shoes off, elevate your feet (above your heart when home), drink LOTS of water, avoid salt
It helps a little but by the end of the day, I am terribly swollen. I am 26 weeks along.

Ive been swollen since week 14. You should definitely buy support socks. Ive been wearing them everyday for weeks and it has helped a lot. I still get swollen but nowhere near it used to get. I didnt wear them today and i have the hugest ankles ever!!!

For feet you can just keep them elevated. Not that it makes it go away. But it helps a little.

Keep your feet elevated and make sure you arent eating too much salt!
