oh my freaking god........ warning TMI
this AF is kicking my butt SO bad..... not having it for 6 months made it come back with a vengeance.  the cramps are serious... and i am passing clots the size of quarters almost every time i pee.

Do you have a hot water bottle? Perhaps that, with something warm to drink, and a fun movie will help you feel better.
ETS: also I know Midol always helps me.

aleve - go get some or send DH now....
Aleve is naproxen Sodium - naproxen is a form of a muscle relaxer...
hot, moist compresses, caffeine (midol or pamprin - i tend to prefer pamprin)...but NOT on top of the Aleve..

thanks girls... i am eating some oatmeal and laying down... i just got home a little bit ago from dropping DD off at her dad's house.. so i am home alone now. DH is at work

oh and PS i barely got out of the car to bring DD to her dad's.... i am in so much pain... i couldnt even go to the store. i have aspirin here and tea and stuff so i will be okay.... but this s*cks.

that was me 2 months ago I know exactly how you feel. Drink warm liquids, like tea, take alleve/motrin, and make sure to eat a super IRON rich dinner tonight.. Once you get more iron you will feel less lightheaded & lethargic..

on the topic (of TMI) passing clots, is it totally normal? I usually do, with every period and I always think I am totally abnormal

It's normal! I have that every month.
My RE said it's because my lining gets very thick (which is good for implantation!)

It's normal! I have that every month.
My RE said it's because my lining gets very thick (which is good for implantation!)
Once again MAM...thank you! That's the norm for me too with clots so that is good to hear!
