Oh My Leaky BOOBS!!!! What can I do?
So....I was started breastfeeding and decided to stop. What do I do with these boobs now? They are totally engorged and leaking all over the place and really hurt.
Do i sleep with a bra with disposable pads in them?
How long will it take for the milk to dry up?

it took me a couple of months to completly dry  it wasnt really bad at the end but i would definatly still get spots. i would always keep my bra and padding in but was i happy to say goodbye to pads and my bra at night though  hang in there

Mine dried very fast. I wore a bra with a tight padded tank top over it and was fine. It dried in 2 days i think!

same here. Mine were so engorged and hurt like a mother. I put frozen vegetables in my bra, wore a bra 24/7 and never turned towards the shower letting the hot water touch them. They dried up in about a week.

I would just keep using breast pads and keep changing them. Sleeping with a bra on 24/7 can help too.
Also if they are really painful I've heard that a bag of frozen peas helps really well. Sounds crazy --- but I've heard people swear by it, and carrots and corn don't work.

I'll let you know when it happens My milk came in last Monday and they're STILL HUGE and leaking. I've had them bound in Ace bandages and a tight sports bra and been icing them but I'm still waiting for them to go down...

Same thing, tried BFing, but gave it up. I slept w/ my bra and padding for 4 weeks. It does get better!!!

It came in on Friday, which was 5 days after delivery. Now its here in FULL force and my boobs are dripping everywhere!!
