oh no - apparently my mid-year review is TODAY!
I'm so nervous.
I just got a phone call that they'd like to do it within the hour - with no warning - EEK!
I hope they call me in soon.

I just had mine last week. The mid-year basically dictates thae year-end bonus/increase. I did well so I'm hoping for a good bonus/increase or I'm outta here !!!
