Oh no
For all the time I spend on this board, I am not sure how I didn't realize that the RE that my current ob/gyn is going to refer me to is with RSofNY.
Can I just pick up and go to LI-IVF or am I going to have to find another ob/gyn?

Re: Oh no
I htink it might depend on your insurance . Who does your insurance cover? I think you should be able to ask your ob to change the referral

Re: Oh no
definately check to see if LI-IVF takes your insurance first, they take most of them I believe. Now during my pregnancy my dr sent me to a high risk ob at Stony brook and I didn't like him but I heard great things about the high risk ob in NSUH, so I told him that and I went to NSUH, he had no problem with that. So if you want to switch and they take your insurance, I would go ahead and do it, you shouldn't have to change ob's. Good Luck

Re: Oh no
Good point you both make. I just freaked out when I saw San Roman was associated with RS of NY.
It looks like LI-IVF takes my insurance. Phew!
