Oh the pain!
Ive been working out with a Personal Trainer 2x a week since August. Every week I hurt. Does this pain ever stop? I know I am building muscles and working them but I feel like Ive been in pain for months now.

Re: Oh the pain!
Did you ask the trainer why you're in such pain? I've had lots of pain after working with the trainer, but it usually goes away after 2 days. If you're feeling pain, at least you know the trainer is working you out!!

Re: Oh the pain!
Yeah she said its acid in my muscles. I feel great while doing it, kinda hurty the next day and day 2 is the most hurty. I was just wondering if I keep working out if this will eventually stop or will I be in pain forever

take a asprin with some water prior to working out to lessen your acid and watch your milk intake.

I dunno. I know it is is something in asprin that helps because our cross country coach in HS and College would have us use it and Dh when he did crew would do the same.
If you search the net you might be able to find an answer.
But I specifically remember being told asprin not tylenol back in the day..

Re: Oh the pain!
Are you stretching really well after you workout? And you should also be eating something with some protein and complex carbs immediately after working out, to help with muscle repair. Something like a small protein shake and some whole grain crackers with PB would be good.
