OK - found my skirt at motherhood! Also, bought something on impulse - was it dumb for me to do this?
I got a cute black skirt for $24.95 at Motherhood - its PERFECT - that stretchy lycra material, a bit flouncy, very nice....
Then I saw this adorable long denim skirt.... it was on sale for $29.99 - they only had it in small.... when I tried it on, everyone thought it looked really sexy - it is a bit tight in the hips though, and I'm only pushing 6 mts - but, it looked SO good and I know I'll wear it thru the holidays... I have so many things I bought that are still huge on me.... I wanted some things I can wear now that look good...
Was it dumb?

I don't think its dumb at all. Especially since it was on sale, and you can wear it through the holidays. I would have done the same thing

Don't worry about it. You need to have clothes to wear, and you'll use it. Plus it was on sale. Enjoy your skirt.

Nah, if you wear it 6 times before it gets too snug then that's $5 per wearing, not bad IMO. And who knows, maybe you will be able to wear it longer.

just a thought...you *might* need some clothes to transition back into your old size after the baby. I'm not trying to offend you, and maybe that won't be the case, but I did. THere was a big difference between me at 6 months and me at 9 months anyway. So, right after having the baby I wore some maternity clothes.

Nope - not offended - I was thinking the same thing!!!
Although, we'll see after giving birth if I'm up to wearing a tight sexy denim skirt!!!
