OK Girls.....remind me the difference between BH and RLP in the 2nd tri...

I am having some major sharp pains sporadically since last night. To the point where before I almost fell out of my chair

I am thinking I should call the Dr, but if it is just late-term RLP I don't want to rush there for nothing.

Last time my placenta was low so I feel everything soooo differently this time. It is freaking me out

I don't know that I ever really figured out what RLP was. I think I had it a few times- a sharp pain that was not long lasting when I would get up quickly. But I'm not really sure. BH don't hurt at all, At most, they're just a little uncomfortable. They just feel like your stomach/uterus, tightening for a bit, and then relaxing. Your stomach gets really really hard. I feel them especially at the under part of my belly. HTH! And always feel free to call the doc. I've called mine plenty. Better to get peace of mind.

Sharp pains sound like RLP. The BH I've had were more of a tightening feeling. It was slightly uncomfortable, but not painful. They're also much higher than RLP. You can always call your doctor for peace of mind though.

OK so it is probably RLP from what you guys are describing, but I actually jsut saw stars with this last one (and I have a pretty high tolerance for pain) so I called Dr. She wants to see me at 4:30
