OK, give me some preggo friendly snacks!
I can't even look at food these days. I thought I was supposed to feel better going into my 2nd trimester, and now I feel totally worse. I cannot cook or even really eat a meal. I've lost weight because I have no appetite. I want to make a list of snacks for JT to buy at the store, but thinking about food makes me sick, so if you could tell me some stuff you snack on, that'd be great. Thanks!

Pre-cut fruit. Whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana. Edy's whole fruit ice pops, 50 calories and are awesome!

Re: OK, give me some preggo friendly snacks!
my snacks have included - dried appricots, mixed nuts, yogurt, V8, carrots, grape tomatoes, grapes, apples, soy chips...
i've also been known to negate all the above with a whole bag of chips w/dip, wendy's, and snickers bars !

Mine were:
baby carrots cucumbers apples trail mix granola
I avoided things that were salty but I didn't have much morning sickness.
eta. Rather than have snickers bars - which I really wanted, I opted for white chocolate since it's caffeine free.
