ok guys.. now I am freaking out
This whole cycle so far I have been pretty detached and just going through the motions. Just another medical procedure ya know...
Even a couple hours ago, calm and joking around.
Now all of the sudden when I should long ago have been in bed, I am panicking. I have ET tomorrow (in 8 hours and 45 minutes) and while I should be excited I am so friggin terrified. I dont know how I would handle another BFN. I really have to try not to think about this because it is just too much to swallow. I know I have to think positive and stay calm. I have really been trying, I have been trying to be much less stressed lately and in preparation for ET cleaned my room, new sheets and added smelly stuff for calming.
But right now I am panicking, I cant breathe I am so scared.
I know everyone is probably sleeping right now and you will see this tomorrow when hopefully I am calmer.
But its therapeutic for me to get this out so thanks for reading. I feel a little better already. Thanks for being my diary.

I wish I knew how to tell you how to stop freaking out and being stressed...but, I just can't.
The only thing I can do is just be here to listen to you and offer you support and many .
Oh yeah and a lot of this...

i totally understand how you're feeling. i wish there was a way to just put fears and anxiety away in a box or something!
you came sooo far, try to stay positive and calm. maybe you can try to mediate a little before bed.

thanks everyone. You have no idea how much your support means to me and how helpful it is to have you all as my sounding board. I am feeling a little calmer this morning. Less than two hours left....

OH PAuline....how are you feeling today?
I SO SO understand. Im freaking NOW and Im not even near to the point you are, and I havent had the bfn's yet.
I just know the feeling your talking about too well. Like ok, if I can just not do this then no BFN, but if I dont do this, then no baby.
Iwish I had any advice, but this is one of those times where for me its hard to know what to say.
Bottom line is your going forward with it, so we can only handle it as it comes then right???
Right here for ya though...every step of the way!

Thinking of you and hoping you've been able to relax.
I found the Guided Imagery CDs to be really helpful for me.
My mind moves a thousand miles a minute and that helped me to focus and relax.
