ok, how about alternative names for Grandpa?
My DD is fortunate to have 4 Grandfathers and it's getting a bit confusing. She calls all of them Papa, and I refer to each by "Grandpa (insert first name here)". And I call her Greatgrandfather, Great Grandpa.
Any ideas??

pop, poppy, papa (insert name), grandpa, granda, grandad...that's about all i can think of...lol

Honestly, I think what you're doing is fine...it would seem more confusing, IMO, to have 4 different variations entirely.
My DD calls her grandfathers PopPop John and PopPop Rocky. My niece and nephew have a Peepa.

My dad is Obi.
As in Obi-John Kenobe. 
We joked around when DS was first born because my dad was the only one that could get him to stop crying.
His name is John so we said he was Obi-John.
Now we just call him Obi.

We call both dads, grandpa. Maybe when she's old enough she'll come up w/ her own name for one of them.
