Ok, I have to know for this time... undies and the c-section.

The first time I did this and had an emerg. c-section, I had no idea about some kind of special undies.

The first time I spent a good amount of time on a wee-wee pad.

What is with these underwear you speak of?
They are special? Do they give them at hospital?

I'd like a wee-wee pad-less experience this time


I'd like to keep my integrity.

I had an emergency c-section with DD also, so my mom went out and bought granny panties for me, they pretty much came up to my belly button and rested no where near my scar. It was kind hard to get used to since I'm used to wearing bikini but I was glad she gave them to me b/c what they give you at the hospital is horrible. I wore those and a super over night pad with wings once I got home and was in heaven...lol
