ok- I need to get back to this board!
you would think that someone who has had the last 6 weeks off- could have gotten in shape- but no- I only worked out the first week
I pledge to all of you that I am going to start working out on monday- ( I have a think that I have to start on a monday)

I'll be starting Monday, too. I just re-hired my trainer, but in a different capacity. She started an online version of personal training.
Her monthly program is a workout program desighned 4 u- weights and cardio. Like with a normal trainer-EXCEPT you dont meet. She'll do monthly phone evals and pics. And phone chats, email, etc.
I figured it can't hurt to give it a shot! Plus, when she made me send pix of myself, I was really depressed.

I might just run on the beach- which is a great work out- and since I only have 3 more week of living on the beach- I should take advantage!
