Ok, I put a turkey breast in the oven
at 3:30...2 hours on convection, and an hour regular...
the popper thingy popped, I took it out and the top is cooked, but the whole bottom is raw!!!
W T F???
How can the bottom not be cooked after 3.5 hours????

Poke it, see if its eay to poke, the bottom might look raw and be fine, maybe flip it over just to brown it up. But I think its done, how many pounds.

it was like 6 or 7 pounds...
I did poke it and it was bloody 
It's totally raw
I iflipped it over and put it back but now I am over why the bottom didn't cook

maybe the convection didn't kick in and it only cooked for an hour on regular?

Oh mine are usually only like 2-3 lbs and take about 3 hours. You need more time. Sorry didnt know it was a big one.

No I heard it on (you can hear the fan), and I basted it a few times and the oven was definitely HOT
I'm kind of scared to eat this turkey now

I just did a 5.56lb breast this weekend and it took about 3 hours (which was a little longer than the package said).
