ok ladies I need your help(cooking)
How do I cook boneless pork loin????? I bought it today ,but I have no idea how to cook it ,(I have a feeling this post will be moved but I 'll take my chance

I season it and put it in a 350 oven for 1 hour.

with a knife make slits and stuff each slit with a garlic clove. Wrap in foil and throw it on the BBQ for about an hour

I would dry rub it, sear it for a few min, and then bake it......
Definitely tent it with foil after removing it from the oven, so its juices can re-distribute....
