Ok nevermind January we're back to Disney at Halloween!
And it's officially booked!!!! 
Ok so my first question we're getting there the 27th do we bring costumes or buy them there?

Halloween is a great time to go!!! My sister went to the Not So Scary Halloween party and had a great time!! She packed the costumes in their luggage, but they weren't anything bulky.

Definitely bring the costumes, it may be difficult to find the right sizes/styles.
We just got back Tuesday from a week at Bay Lake Tower at Disney! Where are you staying? I am already planning the next trip back "home".

We're staying at Coronado springs, I can't wait!! Haven't told Maddie yet as she requires instant gratification and will be harrassing me every day for the next 2mths about when we are going to Mickey Mouse World (she renamed it  )

Bring the costumes, they may be sold out of a lot of sizes during that time of year.

Awesome time to go....Have done it once and we are going to do it next Halloween. You have to purchase tickets now for the Halloween party. They do sell out and they aren't included in your regular park pass...It is an awesome party...You can trick or treat throughout the park....

We had dinner at Coronado Springs when we were there in August. It's a great hotel!!! Yes and def get the Halloween party tix early.

That sounds like a great idea! DH and I were thinking of planning a trip for next year and being Halloween is our most favorite holiday I think that would be great! Gotta check pricing and all that...
Any recommendations on places to stay, restaurants etc???

halloween is the best time to go - i haven't been with kids, but dh and our families love WDW and this is when we usually go - it's always a blast, nice weather (not too hot, not too cold), and not so crowded. you're going to have an awesome time!

This is such an awesome time to go.....we went for halloween in 2008(pre baby). We had such a blast!!! we packed our costumes....we were the spartan cheerleaders from SNL. My DH is 6'4" and I am 5'2"....it was hysterical.....the employees kept cheering for us...it was great.
We love halloween too....this year is a stars wars theme.....i am going to be leia, dh is going to be hans solo, DS will be yoda and our dog is going to be darth vadar. I so wish we were going this year!!
