Ok, now I remember why I never open my windows.
I live in an apartment on the second floor and we're very lucky to have windows in every room, plus a deck off of our livingroom, however, the freaking woman directly next door to me stands on HER deck(which is attached to mine), and shouts to all the neighbors across the way on the THEIR decks. THEN, just when I think it can't get worse, she shouts into my open sliding glass doors to see what I'M doing  LEAVE ME ALONE!

I was reminded today of how (MUCH MORE)annoying the ICE CREAM man is when your windows are open.
