Ok now it's my turn to Thank BKLYNGIRL (Gail)
Gail Thank you for your help this week before i went on vacation i thought i was going to fall of the wagon and cheat, BUT, You have helped me and gave me idea's what i can have to eat and yes there might have been 1 or 2 cheat day's but i was good the rest of the week and i actually lost weight this week... Thank you for helping me without your help i dont think i could do this...Thank you, Thank you, Thankyou!!! You're a great friend.

I know, But, Without your help i wouldn't be lost. You help me with idea's with what is good to eat and some thing's that you told me that are good to eat, I couldn't believe how good they are.
