OK really stupid question but I am going to ask it anyway
I think I am taking my DD to the beach for the first time today. I normally take her to the pool at my grandmother's development or at my SILs. Is there anything that you can think of that I need for the beach that I may not bring to the pool. I got the pail and shovel thing and blanket and I am going to see if we have a sun umbrella, anything else?

THank you. I called earlier this morning and it's open. I am still aprehensive about going but since they are testing them all I am trying to easy my fears.
Barb thanks so much for the tip I am bringing baby powder never would have thought about that. I will bring bug spray and pray that we don't need it. My stomach is already in knots on this. I hate doing new things like this alone with my dd but I am running out of ideas for fun summer things.
