ok so I stopped prog. thursday, when should I expect AF?
I always had very long cycles, will the length of my cycle stay the same as it always was or be closer to a regular cycle?

You're coming off a failed cycle? I usually would get AF about 3 days after stopping progesterone (I'd go 2 days without it and get it on the 3rd day).
