Ok so seriously what is going on?
Ive been doing weight watchers for like 3 weeks now, and Im not getting anywhere....
I walk about a mile a day, I dont drink any soda, I take vitamins, the only thing I dont do is Im not as careful with what I eat on the weekends (but Its not like im eating fast food, and I usually only eat 1 meal a day on the weekends because we are always on the go).
I sometimes take Zantrax3's to curve my apetite (Im not expecting it to be a weight loss pill- I just like that it keeps me satisfied and gives me energy)
Previously to having DS I did exactly what Im doing now and got into GREAT shape (after shedding the lbs I get big into working out) This time- Its just not happening...
Im on the verge of going to my PCP and saying WTH is wrong with me...

Re: Ok so seriously what is going on?
Unfortunately your weekends are probably sabotaging your weekdays.
On WW you have to be accurate accurate accurate. You can't assume that you know what 3 oz of meat is because chances are you are wrong.
I didn't have much success on WW at first because I wasn't measuring. I bought the scale and measuring cups, etc. and now I weigh everything before I eat it. And I plan out all my meals for the day in advance. I have had weight loss every week since and I never exercise (which is bad I know) and I am 3 pounds from goal weight.
My suggestion is to make sure you are being accurate.

Re: Ok so seriously what is going on?
You didn't say that you exercise. Do you exercise at all during the week?
If you eat poorly on the weekends, you will definitly have trouble making gains. a cheat meal will not greatly effect your weight loss.
Stick with your WW and keep with it on the wekkends. give yourself a cheat meal, or cheat mornign, or something like that and make sure you workout 4-5 days.

Re: Ok so seriously what is going on?
I've learned the hard way about being good all week and then eating what I want on the weekends. It just doesnt work out. All my hard work from the week gets wiped away from eating bad on the weekends. This time around, I save all my flex points for 1 cheat meal a week and that seems to be working.

Re: Ok so seriously what is going on?
I would suggest writing everything down you eat. Weekends too. I bet you are consuming more calories than you think on the weekends.

I agree with what everyone has said. You should not be skipping meals. I think that is part of the reason why you're not losing. You need to keep your metabolism steady.

Re: Ok so seriously what is going on?
Other than walking 1 mile/day and chasing after a very active toddler- I dont do any other kind of excercising...
Im most certainly not eating "bad" on the weekends, Im just not "counting" and am prob. only eating 1 meal/day...
My weekends are just too crazy to be adding points....

Re: Ok so seriously what is going on?
Have you tried the CORE plan on WW? That might be a better choice for you if it's difficult to count the points.
You still get 35 flex points/week to use on the Non Core foods..........
