Ok, so today
I get a +O on the OPK. Fertility friend says I already ovulated because my temps dropped.
I'm so confused.
I'm bding tonight just to be sure.

I don't always trust FF, it has been off on my O dates the past couple of months. I know for a fact last month it was off by 2 days because I had bloodwork done to confirm O, and I had happened to be in the process of O'ing when the bloodwork was done (2 days after FF says I O'd)
My temps are erratic anyway, so I only trust the OPKs and my bloodwork.

That's confusing! It's our first month trying and we haven't been temping so I don't know too much about it.
But....

yep, my temps are all over the place. I trust the OPK more since it measures hormone levels.
