Ok so what do you do when your little ones garden is being used as the neighbourhood potty?????
so my son is almost walking and loves to go in the garden to walk around ( assisted ) and just be in OUR back yard.
when all i am seeing is and smelling is cat pee and poop..
i am so afraid now to even go out there with him because this is just plain gross and not to mention so very dangerous and could be deadly. i am so pizzed that i cant even go out with him to play not because of something i have done but other peoples cats using my yard as their toilet.
does anyone else have a problem with animals? and if so how do you prevent your kids getting sick from them.
i may be a germaphobe but this is too much

is the poop everywhere or just in an isolated area? I think there are earth friendly tablets you can put down that smell to keep all pests away. if its just one spot, I would just avoid it.

yep it seems to be isolated to 1 area but that area is pretty central in our yard ( we have a corner property so our yard is small ) do you know where i can get something like you mentioned

http://www.holisticpetinfo.com/proddetail.asp?prod=Off%5FLimits so far I found this one, I will keep looking
found this in a pet forum- A friend of mine sprinkles coffee grounds on lawn and swears that it helps
One of the commercial cat repellents available is a powder called, "Shake-Away." Shake-Away bears the scent of the urine of predators that cats fear, namely, the coyote, the fox and the bobcat. This commercial cat repellent comes in a granular form, which you simply sprinkle around the problem area. The product is advertised as being organic, making it an acceptable option to use around children and pets. Nor will it harm your plants.
