Ok so who watches Eyewitness News (Ch.7) in the AM?
I do...love them. I know, I have no life, either that or I am just very observant 
Has anyone noticed that Steve Bartelstein has not been on in AGES? I know a few of them were on vacation for a while but now they are back. And then yesterday, I was looking on hotjobs for my sister and I saw an ad for a "morning anchor for WABC-7 NY". I wonder what happened? The only thing I can think of was that he was too "jokey" or one time, recently, he made a comment to Lori and Robin Roberts about something being "a white thing", and they both seemed caught off guard and offended...

I read in the Post a few weeks back he was let go. Some kind of sexual harrassment issues going on behind the scenes.

he was fired. i heard he had a problem with falling asleep at work and slept through one of his mid-day broadcasts recently, and apparantly it was one too many times.

I have been watching 7 news in the am since junior high!
Lori Stokes mumbles, but I like her.
LOVE bill evans - cant stand the new weather chick, Heidi. not sure about new weather guy.
The guy that does the field reporting in the AM wears WAY too much makeup!

what i read in the paper...he was suppose to do a report for GMA(i think about the fires in the bronx. not 100% sure) they found him sleeping in his dressing room
