Ok, Sorry Ladies, I am obbessing again
Okay, please bear with me, I try very hard to say positive, and I want this baby more than anything right now. I tell myself I am not bleeding, everything is okay, but I told myself that last time too. I made it through last week, the same time I m/c'd in July. Here I sit, pg 6 weeks, 2 days and I am terrified that I am going to lose this one too. I know it prob is in my head, and I know I can't gauge how pg I am or not by symptoms cause they can go in and out.
I try and go by the little milestones, all I need to do is to make it to my dr's appt on Friday and hopefully see the heartbeat. I am soo scared there will be no heartbeat though and I will have to go through this all over again.
Sorry for blabbering, but I am so all over the place this week. Thank you for listening and your kind words. Please bear with me, i can't wait for the danger time to be over.

Re: Ok, Sorry Ladies, I am obbessing again
I'm sorry. I've never gone through it, but my closest friend is right now. She had a miscarriage back in December, and is now 3 months preggo. I'm the ONLY person who knows besides her DH. She is terrified to tell anyone in her family even though she's seen the heartbeat a few times. She said she's waiting until she's showing to tell them. But she told me the other day that it's getting a lot easier and she's starting to enjoy being preggo again (this will be her second child).
I hope that you feel a little better after you see the heartbeat.

Re: Ok, Sorry Ladies, I am obbessing again
Michele, unfortunately there's not a whole lot I can say that will take away your anxiety, but just know that what you're feeling is totally normal, especially so because you miscarried so recently. I was a mess, truly, truly a mess the entire first trimester and I honestly don't know how I got through it... I promise though, you'll get through it, and you'll feel better once you see the heartbeat and go to a few of the ultrasounds. And remember, you've already made it past the point where you miscarried last time - that's a MAJOR milestone! Try to celebrate that!

Re: Ok, Sorry Ladies, I am obbessing again
Michele,
I went through the same worries with this PG and did the same thing as you. Each week before the dr appt, I was on all the websites reading about the development. I was SO scared that we'd lose this one too-but everyone here was so helpful and supportive! DH was too--he said to just relax and to let it happen...whatever is meant to be, will be.
You have but 4 days left till you see that heartbeat, and you will. You MUST think positive. Negative thoughts bring negative actions....
drink plenty of fluids, take your vitamins, eat well, and rest up! It's a looong and wonderful ride!
FM if you need anything at all!

Re: Ok, Sorry Ladies, I am obbessing again
I have never been in your situation, but as someone who is pregnant for the first time I have a lot of anxieties about losing the baby, etc... I just try to put them aside, since there is nothing I can do about it. Lots of and

Re: Ok, Sorry Ladies, I am obbessing again
Michelle, I know how you feel, I'm very nervous too - and I take a PG test every coupld of days just to make myself feel better (I'm tryng to stop though LOL). Maybe that will help you?
Try not to stress out because its not helping the baby by you stressing out. The chances of you haveing 2 m/c in a row is sooo slim you shouldn't worry about it at all.
Only a few more days til we both go to the doctor and get the reassurance we need.

Re: Ok, Sorry Ladies, I am obbessing again
Kathy-I have taken soo many pg tests in the last couple weeks, they are piled up on my bathroom vanity They give me reassurance too, especially since the lines come out so much darker than they did last month.
Thank you everyone for listening to me. I just can't wait for Friday. I feel like I am starting to sound like a broken record.
Whatever fate has in store for me, i cannot change, but planner in me, and that instant grafication problem i have need to know Now!!

Re: Ok, Sorry Ladies, I am obbessing again
Honestly I spent my whole pregnancy like that. It was awful. I just prayed everytime that I would see the baby on the ultrasound. It made it hard for me to relax a lot of my pregnancy. It wasn't until the end that I started to relax a little but on days I didn't feel her I was a mess. I think it's totally normal after recently having a miscarriage.
Just try and keep in mind that this time your body knows what is going on and will be more ready to accept the baby growing in it.
Please feel free to FM me if you ever need to talk.
