Ugh, I wish I made that deal w/ myself tonight. I am eating the worst of the worst...McDonnalds. I now know what my car feels like when I put bad gasoline in it.

All for days have been non stop. Worse is when your out shopping and say to your dh (or whomever your with)..."Lets just grab a bite"...
I plan on cooking home every night this week (I hope).

Start new tomorrow, thankfully Weight Watchers has kept me in check this week, I lost 5 lbs the 1st week, so I don't want to go backwards.
