Ok, yes, that's it  My sister goes away to school and she said that to me and I was like..um, what's that?  I felt old!! I thought it was like tailgating. She said it was before they go out to the bars.

F YA! When a mixed drink is 8.00 and a Beer is 5.00 IM PRE GAMING IT! 
Unless its Ladies night. My best friend and I went out one night. It was free Cosmo's from 10:30- 12:00 We drank 8 OF THEM and then at 12 Since we had to pay for the drink we drank 2 malibu baybreezes (cheap) and the bar tender bought us 2 shots WE DRANK 8 COSMOS IN AN HOUR AND HALF CAUSE THEY WERE FREE
