Ok, wives tales, what does it mean if you carry high?
Dh and I were talking this past weekend. I can't remember, (even though I know its a wives tale), what does it mean when you carry high vs. low?

I thought high was boy. I could be wrong but I think I am pretty high and I am having a girl. (pics in album).

high = boy
low = girl
we're keeping the gender a 'secret'  I know, everyone on LIF knows... and my mom and family in germany know... but no one invited to the baby shower knows becuase we want to receive gender neutral stuff (hopefully, there will be a Crumb #2 in our future )
at any rate, I have a pudgy stomach... and Crouton has pushed all the pudge downwards, so everyone is convinced that I'm carrying a

see i've always heard the opposite. If you're high it's a and if you're carrying low its a  .

supposedly it's one gender or the other (can't remember) but I've carried low with all 3
