OKAY - time to retire the crib and break out the toddler bed .........
He started climbing .........and has no fear b/c he flips himself over things .......
Of COURSE it's JUST as DH and I move our room from next door to upstairs, and prepare to move HIM from his current room to the bigger room to prep for Baby #2 in a month .....
I didn't want to have to do ALL of that transition at once, but what the hell, might as well get it all over with -
Good thing I got those Spiderman sheets, may be a good bribe.
I assume I'll need a gate for his bedroom door now so he doesn't wander around my house all freakin night?

I just put one of those door things on his door inside the room. This way I could keep his door closed like he is used to.

For some reason, no matter what device we had on the door, it wouldn't matter. He doesn't really try to escape - he just stands on his bed and yells, "Mommmyyyyyyyyyyy, where r you??? Come in here, I needdddd yoouuuuu" Over.and.over.
