okay so how much iron is actually in everyones prenatal???

okay so how much iron is actually in everyones prenatal???
i just read my bottle - it only has 25mg. is that too low??? i am not a big meat eater (at all) so what else contains iron??
they told me i may have to take an extra iron pill but i am worried about that b/c my stomach is so bad to begin with.

mine has 90mg!! Which from what I understand is on the high side....but as I mentioned earlier today it's still not enough!! I will be adding 60 mgs a day to that.

ugh so there is probably no way i am taking enough. i go next week to the dr so i will ask. thanks for the info!

I wouldn't make that assumption - I think that my prenatal is much higher than most. It can't hurt to ask though!

90mg for mine as well. I had over the counter ones that only had 25mg. when i had my appt. yesterday they gave me my vits. and prescription. 90mg in those.
