okay, so I have 45 minutes for lunch everyday at the gym
what is the best way to make the most of my 45 minutes?
I know cardio, but do you think spin and step classes would be more beneficial then treadmill running for 30 minutes, then some weights? thanks
PS The spin and step and yoga classes are 45 minutes, so that would be all of my workout.

i go for 45 min and do 30 minutes of weight, either free weights or the nataulis equip, then do 15 of cardio, either elliptical or treadmill.

wow really? I am fat though, do you think I should do more cardio then weights?
I did 40 minutes on eliptical all this week, then went home and did free weights while cooking.

i think the cardio will slim you down (and your NOt fat, stop it) but the weights will tone you. maybe 20 of cardio if you want.....

Also janice, muscle burns more calories than fat, even when you aren't exercising, so the weight training tones you, but also helps you lose pounds.
