okay, so we were approved for speech!
The 3 evaluators were puzzled that he isn't speaking. They said he's really high in everything else. On one test he did not qualify since the only issue was speech and it wasn't a low enough score to get in. They went back to office and got a different test with another kind of scoring system...he was able to qualify with that.
They gave me some great tips.
So, he's 24 mos and speaking at 19 month old level.
I am so excited to have him become verbal.
