Cruisers are 100 times softer than Baby Dry. The elastic around the legs is also a little bit different.

Not sure exactly, but the one time I switched to Baby Dry to try them, they leaked, so I came back to Cruisers.

Crusiers are made for walkers...they are a bit smaller or angled so that when they walk, its doesnt rub against their little legs.
