okay thinking about getting these boots...yay or nay?
Keep in mind I'm running around in jeans with a 3 year old to and from school and a 1 y/o...not going clubbing, lol

Yay. Very "in" this season. I ahve a pair along the same lines. Its a great casual, runnign around kind of boot. Loooks cute with skirts too!

LOVE them!!!!!!  ETA - those kinds of boots look awesome with a cute pair of faded jeans - gives it a nice edgy look - better than just throwing on sneakers - a nice way to amp up a casual look!

Yay!
I just got a very similar pair by MIA and wear them all the time. 
ETA: the toe does not stick up when you are wearing them, definitely not elf-like, lol. Also, I have gotten a lot of compliments on them already. HTH
